I called in because I did not have hot water. Since my hot water heater was 14 years old, they figured I might need a new one. So Chris and Carlos came to my rescue. They first checked to make sure that a repair couldn't be done, but that would have been expensive to do on a 14-year-old hot water heater. I was happily surprised that they had the new one on the truck and could put it in this afternoon. They were very friendly and helpful to me. I would highly recommend them.
