Medical rates will be increasing 55% over last year. We highly encourage employees to continue to address medical issues as soon as possible to prevent long term issues and to get wellness visits annually.

Long-term and Short-term Disability rates will change according to your 2022 W-2 and age.

Life insurance rates will only change if the employee’s age ends in a 0 or a 5 on 9/1/2023.

Mutual of Omaha will still be the provider for dental, vision, LTD, STD and life insurance

Dental Insurance
All Dental is still under a PPO network plan. If you select the Low Plan you must choose a network provider to receive the most benefit. If your dentist is not in the network the High Plan is your best option.

Voluntary Life Insurance
You may choose to purchase benefits in increments of $10,000. Employee Life & Spouse Life have a minimum benefit amount of $10,000 with a maximum benefit of $500,000. Child Life (for eligible children 14 days or older) you may choose a minimum benefit amount of $2,500 to a maximum benefit of $10,000.
