· Medical rates will be increasing 30% over last year. We highly encourage employees
to continue to address medical issues as soon as possible to prevent long term
issues and to get wellness visits annually.
· Long-term and Short-term Disability rates will change according to your 2021 W-2 and age.
· Life insurance rates will only change if the employee’s age ends in a 0 or a 5 on 9/1/2022.
· Medical plan is changing from GPA to 90 Degree Benefits
Everyone on the Medical plan will receive new insurance cards via mail
· Mutual of Omaha will still be the provider for dental, vision, LTD, STD and life insurance
