I’ve been meaning to write to you for a couple of months to let you know that we had a wonderful customer service experience a few months ago when our AC did not work. The person I spoke with was very helpful as was the technician that came out to take care of our problem. We will never go to another AC service because of the excellent staff you have and just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with your service and company.

My friend from New York and I were very, very impressed. We not only received great service but also advise regarding filters, as well as tips on how to heat the home without having the upstairs system running constantly since that space is rarely used. The technician was very, very neat and didn’t leave anything to be picked up after or thrown away.

We are writing this letter to commend you employees. Our 16 year old Trane became progressively more problematic recently. Christianson inspected the system and explained all our options in detail. We decided it was time for a new system.

On Sunday, the system failed. We left a message Sunday evening. Our call was returned immediately and we were told the installers would be here the next morning. The technicians arrived early, were very professional and did an excellent job as well as explained the system and paper work.

We would be remiss if we did not mention that Christianson’s customer service staff has always been helpful and gracious, even on the well-remembered morning at 2:30 AM.
